Rise and Renew Wellness is a trauma therapy and Christian counseling practice based in Glendale offering online therapy across Arizona and the Greater Phoenix Area. We provide convenient online appointments designed to support people with busy schedules, with a limited number of in-person sessions available at our Glendale office. Our compassionate, trauma-informed therapy approach addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and for those who desire it, therapy can also integrate Christian faith as part of the healing process.
Grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed mental health practices, we help clients move from survival mode and exhaustion toward healing, hope, and renewal.

Rise and Renew Wellness accepts some insurances, along with self-pay for counseling services. You may also request a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company if your plan has out of network benefits. Fees are due at time of service. Cancellations within 24 hours or no show to appointment will be responsible for the full service fee due. If you are in need of financial assistance, limited partial scholarships are available. Please reach out to us to inquire about current scholarship availability.
