Rise and Renew Wellness provides online counseling, life coaching, and Christian therapy to clients across Arizona and the Greater Phoenix area- including Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Surprise, and surrounding West Valley communities. Mental health services can address anxiety, depression, trauma recovery. Insurance accepted includes Aetna, United Healthcare, Vital WorkLife EAP, Cigna/Evernorth, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, along with self-pay accepted for service payment. Coaching services include life and executive coaching.
Care is overseen by Kelly Gutowski, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed to provide therapy and clinical supervision in Arizona by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health and a member of the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and American Association of Christian Counselors.
