As long as you are physically located in Arizona, you can access our virtual therapy sessions via smartphone, tablet, or computer, ensuring convenient care that fits your schedule. Whether you live in the Greater Phoenix Area or beyond, your therapist is licensed to provide counseling and therapy services across the state of Arizona.

Yes, our counseling providers are licensed to offer online counseling in Arizona. This state-specific licensing allows us to serve clients from Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Flagstaff to Tucson and everywhere in between, ensuring you receive high-quality, regulated care that meets Arizona’s professional board standards. The therapists at Rise and Renew Wellness are licensed professionals with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health with advanced degrees. They have extensive training and experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Our coaches also have advanced  degrees and decades of experience in their area of expertise.

Rise and Renew Wellness accepts Aetna insurance and self-pay for counseling services. There are pros and cons to using insurance. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of privacy and personalized care. Insurance companies often require a diagnosis and limit the number of sessions you can have. Your insurance plan may vary in what services are covered and co-payments due. By being out-of-network, together you and I can stay in control of your healing journey. However, you may request a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company if your plan has out of network benefits.  

Session fees are:

• 45-minute session $150
• 60-minute session $200
• 90-minute session $250

Fees are due at time of service. Cancellations within 24 hours or no show to appointment will be responsible for the full-service fee due. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost. The length of time it takes to see results from sessions with Rise and Renew Wellness varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term therapy.
