Kelly specializes in the intersection of faith and mental health, helping professionals move from a state of "unraveling" to lasting peace. Her diverse background as a therapist, executive coach, associate pastor, and mentor is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to flourish.
- EMDR Trained Professional: Trained through EMDR Consulting (Roy Kiessling) to treat complex trauma, PTSD, and anxiety by addressing the nervous system's response to past events.

Alicia O’Loughlin is a non-profit executive, consultant, and systems-builder with more than two decades of experience leading high-impact programs across Arizona. Alicia joined Rise & Renew Wellness to support individuals and organizations navigating change, burnout, growth, and transformation.
Alicia’s primary focus is individual leadership and executive coaching. She partners one-on-one with emerging and seasoned leaders to build confidence, clarity, and resilience; cultivate emotional intelligence; navigate complex workplace dynamics; and develop sustainable habits that support both high performance and well-being. Her coaching blends compassionate inquiry with practical strategy, helping people reconnect to their purpose while enhancing their impact.
