Rise and Renew Wellness provides clinical supervision and professional consultation for master’s-level clinicians, associates, and therapists in Arizona who are working toward licensure or seeking support with complex clinical work.

 Many clinicians seek supervision and consultation not only for licensure requirements, but to reduce isolation, improve clinical decision-making, and maintain sustainability in emotionally demanding work.

Clinical supervision at Rise and Renew Wellness supports associates and early-career therapists working toward independent licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE). As an AZBBHE-approved clinical supervisor, my supervision focuses on both advanced clinical development and sustainable professional identity formation including:

This is a supportive space for clinicians who want to continue growing without carrying clinical complexity alone.  Consultation is especially helpful for clinicians who want ongoing support without formal supervision requirements. 

• Clinical Supervision: A formal, legally regulated relationship designed for Associate-level clinicians (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT) who are actively accumulating hours to fulfill clinical licensure requirements via the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE).
• Clinical Consultation: A collaborative, professional relationship for already licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) who want an objective peer space to review complex trauma cases, process countertransference, or navigate private practice hurdles.
• Life & Executive Coaching: A future-focused, strategic process designed for lifestyle design, boundary setting, and leadership performance optimization. Please note: Coaching is a non-clinical service and cannot be used to satisfy state mental health board licensure requirements or clinical hours.
